XK AUTO COLLISION

XK Auto Collision has helped me and my business out TWICE this year! My Jeep was damaged and Manuel and his team got me back on the road in just about a week! He said he would make it look like it never happened! And they delivered! they handled the insurance and made everything so easy! Thanks XK Auto Collision!!!

Wonderful service. Amazing people! They helped me with a custom job that turned out great. Manuel and Rebecca were great.

Never again will I use XK autos even if it was the only body shop left in Lubbock, I’d rather drive across the state and use someone else. If I could give zero stars I would! I took my truck in for a simple sunroof glass replacement and they had it for over a month! Not only that, but the also shattered my back windows and charged that to my insurance claim as well. According to them, the place my insurance approved sent the wrong glass 3 times. Come on now! And to add insult to injury, my sunroof isn’t flush, my cover doesn’t close all the way and my upfitter switches no longer work. The cherry on top is the refuse to pay the extra cost of having my rental past the allotted time my insuranc…

If I can give him 0 stars I would!!! Probably the worse place to get custom work done !! I paid 5500 for a fresh new paint job on my 86 cutlass I told him I want the same paint code as the original and he put a different white on the car instead of telling me before doing it ! The communication here is terrible I never got a update on my car unless I went up there or called them he had my car for over a year and a half and still manage to not get it done and he had the nerve to say “it’s a good paint job for 5k” I wouldn’t recommend custom work done by Manuel and his team they had multiple crackhead working on my car and they lost multiple trim peaces to my car !! The paint had chip marks ,…

Manuel & his staff provided the best job we could’ve asked for. We highly recommend this shop for all your car body needs
