Integrity Auto Services Lubbock

I want to thank Integrity Auto Services for helping me get my firetruck back on the road in record time. My firetruck broke down in Lubbock enroute from Corpus Christi to Northern Utah to assist the U.S. Forest Service with the 2025 wildland fire season. I highly recommend Integrity Auto Services for anyone seeking a honest and dependable automotive repair shop in Lubbock. They even picked me up at the airport to pick up my firetruck. Don’t look any further than Integrity Auto Services!

Called about my A/C issue they said bring it in . Got me in almost instantly were upfront about the price ( which was very reasonable) . Diagnosed and fixed the problem . Very friendly and have a cool dog to keep you company . I will definitely refer them and also be a return customer !! Thank you

Got my breaks and rotors changed. My vehicle performs so much better! The communication was awesome and business was very professional. They do honest work, wouldn’t recommend anywhere other than integrity!

The most honest people and great service. Took my cargo van in to do a diagnostic for the engine light and they had it for 2 hours, took it out to drive and checked it over good and gave me a very precise print out and didn't charge me anything. Was honest and friendly. Even though the owner of the van has decided not to repair it at this time, I will definitely use this business for any future issues for maintenance and repair on my vehicles. I've found my place 😊

I went to Integrity auto repair for the first time for repairs to my suspension system. They did the repairs at a great price and really fast. The office is very clean and everyone is very professional. My car is 14 years old and runs a lot better than before. It accelerates a lot faster due to suspension repairs and new intake manifold gasket. They always answer the phone unlike some repair shops and price is better than the other four shops that I called. I plan to continue to use them in the future.
