Precision Auto Repair

Scott Sim is truly one of the most honest and trustworthy professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. As a woman, I’ve always felt respected and valued — he has never spoken down to me, made me feel unwelcome, or attempted to overcharge. Despite having very little knowledge about cars, Scott has taken the time to educate me and help me feel more confident about my vehicle. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an honest and dependable automotive expert!

Precision auto repair is a very honest shop. I took my Toyota pickup in for breaks because Toyota said I needed brakes. Scottt said they were still good for awhile. He could have put brakes on but, he did not. Thanks Scott

Precision Auto Repair is, in my opinion one of the best repair shops in Lubbock. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for many, many years. They are straightforward shooters and always do top-notch repairs. I have trusted Scott and his staff with all of my auto repairs as long as I can remember.
