Hub City Body Shop - Lubbock, TX

I had the pleasure of working with Hub City Body Shop in Lubbock, Texas, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, care, and a level of service that went above and beyond what I expected. The real standout for me was Carrie. She went to bat for me with the insurance carrier, making sure I got everything I was entitled to. It felt like she was truly invested in getting me the best outcome, not just in fixing my car but in handling all the insurance headaches that come with it. Her dedication made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. As for the repairs, Hub City did an amazing job. My vehicle came back looking brand new!…

My car was one of the many cars damaged in the early June hailstorm. Chad at Hub City kept me informed about all the steps that needed to be taken. They worked closely with the insurance until the insurance decided it was totaled. They went above and beyond to take care of every detail, including retrieving my charging adapter from the salvage yard. I know they would have done their very best to get my car back to new, but insurance has the final word on this!

The crew at Hub City Body Shop worked hard to get my truck fixed properly. Carrie and Dan treated me like family. I am so grateful they worked so hard to bridge the gap between me and the insurance company. They made sure ALL of my repairs were completed no matter what.

Alex at the shop was very helpful throughout the process of getting my vehicle repaired and new parts put on! They worked with my insurance also the whole time and did quality work. The vehicle looks brand new. Please do not hesitate to give the shop a call and let them assist you!

I can’t recommend Hub City Body Shop enough! Dan, Carrie, and Chad were great to work with. They handled the repairs to my truck from start to finish and also worked with the insurance company on payments. They made the whole process very easy. These guys are my go-to!
